Kataifi  Shredded pastry stuffed with nuts, spices and sweet  butter, browned in the oven, steeped in syrup.   

Karithopita  Light and airy cake with walnuts and spices,
immersed in a light syrup.

Koulourakia  Classic Greek cookie made with sweet butter, topped with sesame seeds. Great with coffee or tea!

Kourabiethes  Light and fluffy cookie made with sweet butter and topped with powdered sugar.

Melomakarona  Honey delicacies with orange flavor and a touch of Cognac, dipped in honey and sprinkled with walnuts.

Pasta Flora  Butter pastry filled with apricot or strawberry jelly,  oven browned to perfection

Paximathia (Biscotti) Not sweet—wonderful with coffee.   

Thiples   Fluffy dough rolled and deep-fried and dipped in honey   and sprinkled with chopped nuts.
